The hotel has a great location near shopping centers and massage parlors. The rooms, despite being spacious enough for two people, could be a little cleaner for sensitive guests like me. The service was friendly and welcoming, making me consider revisiting when in Bangkok. However, the dining options could have been more generous, and the lack of advanced room security was a concern. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel has a superb location in the Pratunam Area, being near to the Pratunam market and Platinum Mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but could be a little cleaner for allergy-sensitive guests. The service is excellent with friendly and well-trained staff, making the stay very welcoming.
